All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail

Shipping and Handling:

$7.00 per package (Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii: $8.00 per package)

• Giclee Print sizes 16 x 20 and 18 x 24 are shipped rolled, one per package
• Giclee Print sizes 11 x 14 and smaller are shipped flat up to 5 prints per package
• Display Quality Prints are shipped flat up to 5 prints per package

Tax: All orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York will be subject to sales tax, calculated by county of residence. If your order is shipped to any other state, no sales tax will be added to your order.

How Long? All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once processed, orders will be produced within 2-3 business days and take an additional 3-4 days to arrive at their destination.

Gift: Make your gift-giving personal! If you would like to include a gift message with your purchase, please call Customer Service and have your order information handy. At this time we are unable to offer gift wrapping.

Important: We want to be there for all of your last-minute, special occasions. If you need an item delivered by a certain date, please contact us to verify that it can be done.

Canceling an order:

An order may be canceled before 4:00 pm EST on the day the order was placed by calling Customer Service.

Returns:

To ensure the finest quality and personal attention, every order is produced on-demand, and does not come from inventory. For this reason we cannot accept returns unless we make a mistake. If you receive the wrong print/size or the print is damaged, please contact Customer Service to arrange a return.

Paying by Money Order

You can send us a money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order, payable to Art of Charles, LLC. PLEASE NOTE that currently we are only able to accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars Paying by money order may slow down the processing of your order by a few days.
