Is it safe to use my credit card?

You are protected in two ways. First, our secure socket layer (SSL) software is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Second, our payment gateway, Authorize.net, also encrypts all of your information so it’s used only in the way you intend.

Am I charged before my order ships?

We will charge your order when it is ready to begin production. Generally, orders spend about 2 business days in production before shipping.
